Honey cumin vinagrette recipe

(Makes approximately 6 servings.)


  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup safflower oil (or olive oil)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients with a whisk, in a blender or food processor.
