Lime-sour cream dip recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • zest of 1 lime (zest first, then squeeze for juice required below)
  • 3 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl. Reserve.
  2. Serve with latkes or chips. Enjoy!
