While no official ruling has been released, websites across the Internet are leaking out details of the California Proposition 8 decision. A federal judge was enlisted to decide if the ban on gay marriage was constitutional or not, and according to a "source" quoted by New York Magazine and reprinted multiple times, Judge Vaughn Walker has struck down the ban.

Good As You has an excerpt from the ruling itself, and Scribd has the whole shebang in pdf form.

Both sides had already indicated there would be an appeal filed immediately after the ruling.
