- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1 ounce Fragolo (strawberry liqueur)
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
- Champagne or other sparkling wine, chilled
- Pour the Cointreau and Fragolo into a champagne flute and swirl to coat the glass. Add the orange juice and fill the glass with Champagne. Garnish with orange peel.
