If you were anxiously anticipating Zach Galifianakis’ hosting duties on “Saturday Night Live” this week — especially after all those delightfully bizarre promos — then you certainly weren’t disappointed last night. Take for example, the show’s monologue, a master class in Galifianakis oddities that featured a bizarro collection of non-sequiturs.
