LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A friend of a police dispatcher whose body was found in an Arkansas forest last weekend says she believes someone else sent a text message from the slain woman's cellphone the morning after she was last seen.

Patty Hathaway told The Associated Press Thursday that she texted her friend Dawna Natzke the morning after a Christmas party that Natzke left abruptly.

Hathaway says she texted Natzke Dec. 22, saying she was bothered by how Natzke's boyfriend "pushed" her out the door.

Nearly two hours later, Hathaway received a text from Natzke's phone, saying: "He didn't push me i fell and he caught me. I had taken a pain pill and was tour up"

Authorities say they have a person of interest in Natzke's death but have not named that person.
