NATO Service Member Dies In Western Afghanistan

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — NATO says a coalition service member has died in Afghanistan of a "non-battle-related" injury.

The coalition says in a statement that the death on Friday was in the country's west. NATO has not released any further details, including the nationality of the soldier.

The fatality brings to 13 the number of international troops killed in Afghanistan this month.
