Correction: Libya-Chemical Weapons Story

AMSTERDAM (AP) — In a story Jan. 20 about chemical weapons in Libya, The Associated Press, relying on incorrect information provided by a spokesman for the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, erroneously reported that artillery shells inspected by the organization in Libya were not loaded with chemical agent. The shells were loaded.
