COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A juvenile suspect in a deadly scheme to rob people who replied to a Craigslist job ad in Ohio now faces a new set of criminal charges.

Sixteen-year-old Brogan Rafferty is to appear Monday afternoon before a Summit County Juvenile Court judge in Akron.

Summit County prosecutor's spokeswoman April Wiesner says Rafferty was charged with several juvenile counts late Friday.

Wiesner says Rafferty was charged with three counts of aggravated murder, one count of attempted murder, four counts of aggravated robbery and four counts of kidnapping.

Those counts replace charges that Rafferty faced in Noble County before his case was transferred to Summit County.

Rafferty's attorney, John Alexander, says Monday's hearing will involve the review of charges and allow for bond to be discussed.
