AMSTERDAM (AP) — Airport police say they have evacuated most of Amsterdam's busy Schiphol Airport after receiving a bomb threat.

Spokesman Martijn Beelen says two departure halls have been evacuated and police are investigating the threat that was received Monday morning.

It was not immediately clear if the threat had caused planes to be diverted.

Schiphol is one of Europe's busiest aviation hubs.
