OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — The nursing program director at the California Christian college where a gunman went on a shooting rampage says she thinks she was the suspect's intended target.

Ellen Cervellon says suspect One Goh dropped out of the nursing program at Oikos University last fall, but came back to ask her for a full refund on his tuition.

Cervellon says Goh also told her that he felt the other students were picking on him. She says he became angry when she said the school could not refund all of his money.

Police have said Goh was seeking a female administrator when he went to the Oakland campus Monday morning. When he was told she wasn't there, they say, he began shooting in classrooms.

Seven people were killed and three others wounded in the shooting.
