Lindsay Lohan told police that a GOP staffer scratched her and tried to choke her, after she tried to delete pictures of herself on his phone Sunday.

From the New York Daily News:

"Police say Lohan took Christian LaBella’s cell phone so she could delete dozens of pictures and videos of her partying — and she claims he got physical with her trying to get it back.

After Lohan, 26, called the cops, LaBella, 25, who works for an Illinois Republican, was initially charged with misdemeanor assault in the blowup at the W Hotel Union Square."

According to the Daily News, the charges against LaBella, who works for Rep. John Shimkus, were dropped shortly after "because Lohan refused medical attention and did not appear to be seriously hurt."

Both Lohan and LaBella filed harassment complaints against one another.
