Two blasts at the Boston Marathon finish line have left at least 2 dead, about 2 dozen injured, and thousands shaken while police investigate the source of the bombs.
Witnesses on the scene described the explosion sound as a canon going off, and though details are still emerging, photos of the gruesome scene have begun to pour in via social media and news outlets.
