"Glee" actress Lea Michele sang an emotional farewell to real-life partner and on-screen love Cory Monteith in Thursday night's tribute episode to Monteith's character, Finn Hudson.

Michele's tearful rendition of Bob Dylan's "Make You Feel My Love" is devastatingly beautiful and will very likely make you cry. Consider yourself warned.
