The New Jersey Supreme Court denied Gov. Chris Christie's request to delay a lower court's marriage equality ruling

The New Jersey Supreme Court on Friday denied a request by Gov. Chris Christie that it delay a lower court's marriage equality ruling, and gay couples will be legally allowed to wed in the state beginning Monday.

Chris Christie loses. Fairness wins.
