To live a meaningful and fulfilling life in today's busy world, it's important to set goals for yourself.

Yet while losing some weight or broadening your mental horizons require some bit of foresight and planning, the effort required to self-improve pales in comparison to what it takes if you're going to add a human head to your collection of "trophies."
That takes real work.
