Jared Leto speaks to Ukraine at the Oscars

The actor speaks to the nation undergoing strife

In his speech for the best supporting actor Oscar, Jared Leto paid homage to his mother, at some length, and to the “dreamers” living in “the Ukraine and Venezuela,” to whom he assured Hollywood was paying attention. He dedicated his Oscar “to anybody who’s ever felt injustice for who you are and who you love.”
