"The Tonight Show" celebrated St. Patrick's Day on Monday night with special guest Kermit the Frog, who performed his classic song, "It's Not Easy Being Green."
As Kermit lamented over his greenness, host Jimmy Fallon entered the stage to remind Kermit that green is the color of the day. "Don't you know that today is the easiest day to be green?" Fallon said.
"You know what? That's a very good point!" the frog responded as he perked up.
The two finished the song with a riff on the song's original lyrics, singing, "We are green, and it'll do fine. It's beautiful! And we think it's what we want to be."
