All Billy Joel needs for a successful performance these days is an iPad, it seems. On Thursday night, Joel and “Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon formed a two-man doo-wop group. Using a voice-looping app, they performed “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” by the Tokens in four-part harmony — and it was wonderful.
