Grain mixed, beef higher and pork lower

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept delivery was 8.50 cents higher at $5.5250 a bushel; Sept corn was 2.50 cents lower at 3.5625 a bushel; Dec oats were 2.50 cents higher at $3.33 a bushel; while Nov soybeans were 13.75 cents lower at $10.6575 a bushel.

Beef higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose .23 cents to $1.5845 a pound; August feeder cattle was .28 cent higher at $2.2125 a pound; while August lean hogs fell 1.22 cents to $1.1585 a pound.
