On Wednesday, October 29th Salon kicked off its editorial series "Inside Salon" with the first "Inside Salon: Politics" event.

Hosted and moderated by Salon Politics Editor Blake Zeff, the event featured a lively and wide-ranging discussion of American politics between Salon Editor-At-Large Joan Walsh and MSNBC Host Steve Kornacki.

From Pat Quinn and the Illinois Governor's race to the Elizabeth Warren-factor for Hillary, the Senate and the Democratic party at-large, Inside Salon Politics delved into all of the issues that may impact next week's Midterm Elections and the 2016 Presidential race. Check back next week for video from the event.
