"Fifty shades of Grey" may have earned over $85 million at the box office on Valentine's Day weekend, but not everyone is smitten with this piece of "Twilight" fan-fiction. The New Yorker's Anthony Lane called the film "not just unromantic but specifically anti-romantic.

"Take your valentine along, by all means," Lane continued. "But, be warned, it’ll be like watching 'Rosemary’s Baby' at Christmas." (Not to mention much has been made about the lack of chemistry between stars Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan.)

Naturally, the folks at Vulture spoofed the hell out of the movie. They took the "Fifty Shades" trailer, stripped it of any vestiges of romance, inserted clips of Jamie Dornan's serial killer character on the show "The Fall," and turned the trailer into something decidedly terrifying.
