Jimmy Kimmel brought back "Wall of America" for a special Tax Day edition on last night's show, finding that the majority of Americans did not manage to file their taxes before the April 15 cutoff. Tierney of Chicago outlines three reasons for not handing over her dough this year: 1) "The president is from here"; 2) "Kanye West is from here"; 3) "That online platform is not as easy as you think."
