The base isn't ready for Jeb -- but the reaction wasn't entirely negative, either

Jeb! Bush's official presidential campaign kick-off speech was not greeted with as much fanfare on Twitter as the unveiling of his exciting newish campaign logo but according to leery conservatives on Twitter, Jeb appears to have cleared a fairly low bar.

Washington Post blogger Jennifer Rubin was unsurprisingly most impressed:
