The word "radicalized" is gaining popularity with mainstream media in linking violent attacks to a radical ideology. Dr. Shuki Cohen (Center on Terrorism professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice) discusses the assumption that radicalization and violence are linked and the process of deprogramming.
