The phrase “lone wolf” is gaining popularity throughout the mainstream media. Dr. Shuki Cohen (Center on Terrorism professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice) discusses the phrase and the process in which Isis can pick and choose which of the "lone wolf" attacks it claims responsibility for 'depending on how effectively this person has managed to terrorize us."
