Sarah Palin's eldest daughter Bristol often rails against the media's coverage of her family and after Tina Fey returned to "Saturday Night Live" this weekend to reprise her famous Mama Grizzly impersonation, Bristol lashed out at what she called the show's "desperate" attack.

"It’s getting pathetic. Its been 7 years!" Bristol wrote on the conservative Christian website Patheos, bemoaning a comedic skit mocking the elder Palin's entrance into the 2016 election as Donald Trump's most prominent endorser.

"Saturday Night Live and Fey have been clinging to this impersonation a little too long," Bristol argued. "Are they desperate for content?  Or just desperate for viewers?":

I’m sure many of you saw Tina Fey, who sounds nothing like my mom, do a skit based on my Mom’s endorsement of Donald Trump. I don’t know about you, but hearing her fake accent is like nails on a chalkboard for me!

I may be biased, but I think my mom trumps her in the looks department. (Especially for having three more kids and seven more years on Tina!)

Bristol concluded by asking her readers to take a poll: "Who Wore It Better – Sarah Palin or Tina Fey." According to MSNBC, 81 percent of the 6,933 people who took the poll said Fey wore Palin's outfit better.
