While the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee was in session and debating a ban on vaporizers on airplanes, Rep. Duncan Hunter of California pulled out a vaporizer and began to inhale.
Hunter wanted to prove that vape pens are completely safe and in fact, beneficial, and cited that they've helped him quit smoking.
But his point seemed to have been completely missed- especially by Rep. Candice Miller of Michigan seated next to him, who did seem bothered by the smoke coming from the pen.
