Huffington Post editor-in-chief Arianna Huffington has been an advocator for mid-day naps for years. And now she predicts within the next two years, all company offices will have nap rooms.

Studies show that napping can boost alertness, creativity and productivity- all of which are crucial to maintaining good work performance.

The Huffington Post currently houses two naps rooms that Huffington says are “perpetually used.” Could your office be next?
