The National Review has made no secret of its disdain for Donald Trump and support for Texas Senator Ted Cruz, but its social media editor accidentally stepped over a line when it challenged Cruz’s college roommate to a battle of wits on Twitter last night.
NRO’s Twitter account wondered why Mazin — the screenwriter of the Hangover 2 and 3, who has risen to prominence on Twitter by recounting the year he spent as Cruz’s roommate — was so “obsessed” with the senator:
