"Louie" namesake Louis C.K. emceed a fundraiser for New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio Thursday night. Some attendees were surprised that CK's remarks ended up being "pretty vulgar," according to the New York Daily News.
To the more than 600 people attending the event at the Brooklyn Bowl in Williamsburg, an off-color set from the curmudgeonly stand-up vet shouldn't have come as a surprise. Even less surprising, he made no mention of the ongoing federal investigation into de Blasio's campaign finances.
According to the Post, CK "did do a bit on how unique New York City is — by pointing out that you can even find 'duck vaginas' in Chinatown."
"You can't get that in Cincinnati," he reportedly added.
