Donald Trump is infamously thin-skinned and Democratic Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren has shown no signs she plans to stop exploiting the presumptive Republican nominee’s personal sensitivity to call out what she describes as his dangerous public policy plans.
On Thursday, Warren again took to Twitter, Trump’s own preferred social media platform, to continue her glorious of late-night tradition of trolling the Twitter troll turned politician.
Trump “got destroyed,” Warren tweeted with a link to a Politifact column titled, “Elizabeth Warren gets better of Donald Trump on his stance on abolishing federal minimum wage,” that rated Trump’s claim that Warren had lied about his minimum wage stance as “mostly false”:
.@realDonaldTrump got destroyed on his min wage position. I was right when I called him out. https://t.co/ZCZXNGzUnb pic.twitter.com/l7WG2CjuHJ

.@realDonaldTrump made clear he would abolish the federal minimum wage. One of a million reasons why working ppl can't make him the boss.

.@RealDonaldTrump trolls for votes & wants working ppl to believe he's for them. News flash, Donald: working ppl are smarter than you think.

A new report out Friday indicates that Warren’s recent Twitter rants against Trump have increased her appeal as the go-to Democratic attack dog for the general election after first helping to unite the party once the bitter primary battle ends.
“I think Elizabeth can and will be very helpful,” Democratic New Hampshire Senator Jeanne Shaheen, a Clinton backer, told The Hill after she spoke to Warren on Wednesday.
“She is very interested, at least in my conversations with her, in doing everything she can to help get the party to unite for November,”Shaheen added.
