"Donald Trump is a walking email forward": Twitter reax, on the right and left, to his attack speech on Hillary

Calling Hillary Clinton a liar over and over seems to have backfired on the not-so-truthful Trump

Today, Donald Trump delivered his much-promoted attack speech on Hillary Clinton in New York City.

This time, Trump used a Teleprompter, which meant it was a little more coherent than most of his speeches. Still, it's easier to follow in the Twitter reactions of people who know what they're talking about, and not Trump.

Near the beginning, Trump compared Clinton to Brian Williams, noting that Williams had lost his job for lying.

The irony here being that Trump himself is known to be less than truthful.

Following this remark, a number of Trump supporters started tweeting #ImWithYou.

Beyond Trump's name for Clinton, he seems to have her number--or at least the number a lot of voters want to hear.

This is a very smart frame for Trump to take against Clinton: Corrupt, non transparent, of the past. — Chris Cillizza (@TheFix) June 22, 2016

But between the conspiracy theories ("she ran the State Department like her own personal hedge fund") and the non-sequiturs, Mike Birbiglia offered what might be the best one line explanation of everything Trump is.

And last, a moment of silence for this person, forced to listen to the speech against their will.

My lyft driver is listening to a trump speech :-( — arta farta (@aneziroski) June 22, 2016
