"it seems like he's the only Democrat who knows how to use his f***ing email," Meyers said

"Late Night" host Seth Meyers on Monday night took a "Closer Look" at the scandal surrounding leaked emails allegedly showing bias on the part of DNC officials toward now-nominee Hillary Clinton over Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders in the Democratic primary.

Backlash from the leak led to the announced resignation — after the convention — of Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

"The gist of the leaked emails is that the DNC was dead-set against the Bernie Sanders campaign," Meyers explained. "The entire purpose of these conventions is to unify the party, and these emails only serve to further the rift between the Hillary and Bernie supporters."

Among the conniving emails was one by Press Secretary Mark Paustenbach apparently planning to build a narrative that Sanders' campaign was "a mess."

"A mess?" Meyers responded. "I don't know, it seems like he's the only Democrat who knows how to use his fucking email."

"So after a weekend of Democratic chaos," he added, "it seems as though the only one who's got his eye on the ball right now is Bernie Sanders."
