It's hard to believe that "Sex and the City" premiered almost 20 years ago. The hit show that introduced viewers to the lives of women in New York City garnered a cult-like following. After six seasons and two movies, the cast has moved on to playing other characters. Cynthia Nixon (who played Miranda Hobbes), for example, stepped into the role of iconic First Lady Nancy Reagan in the film "Killing Reagan."
