In one of the more deeply obscure “Saturday Night Live” segments of recent memory — but one that will be deeply satisfying to all theater geeks — “Hamilton” creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda heads a hip-hop-infused, semi-risqué imaginary cast party for a high school production of “The Crucible.” As is so often the case in real life, the party features far more drama than the play.
