D.C.'s free marijuana giveaway may be more popular than Donald Trump's inauguration

D.C. crowds seemed more eager to smoke pot than greet the new president

On Friday, Washington is the place to be. Not because Donald Trump is being inaugurated, but because organizers from the D.C. Cannabis Coalition — which wants to legalize pot around the country — are holding a pro-marijuana protest, and giving away pot to hundreds of activists.

Meanwhile, at the inauguration, people don't seem as enthusiastic:
