Seth Meyers criticized President Donald Trump on Tuesday's Late Night for taking a "full week before [he] even sent someone to check out the situation" in Puerto Rico.

“For a guy for such a crooked little boner for first responders, you sure are the last responder," Meyers said.

Trump spent days criticizing the NFL for its athletes' choice to protest during the national anthem but seemed to pay little attention to Puerto Rico, aside from meaningless tweets.

Meyers described Trump's overtures as being akin to "a guy who says he’ll help his friend move and then just shows up at the end with pizza."

Watch Meyers take the president to task for his awful nonresponse to Puerto Rico below.
