A video on Twitter has surfaced showing Donald Trump Jr. leaving the Trump International Hotel in Washington, before the president's son met with the House Intelligence Committee. The video, tweeted by NBC, showed him being escorted by security into a black SUV, holding what appeared to be a binder.

Trump Jr. is likely to face some important questions from members of Congress. On Tuesday, it was reported that Trump did, in fact, meet with a Russian lawyer in order to get dirt on his father's opponent, Hillary Clinton.

Trump's explanation for the meeting in question, which could adhere to the legal definition of collusion, has changed a few times. At first, there were denials that the meeting ever took place, but after The New York Times first reported about the meeting, Trump Jr. said it was about Russian adoptions, a response he later retracted because his father told him to say that, according to The Washington Post. Ultimately, Trump Jr. said he took the meeting because it was about the Russian government's support of Trump.

In the last several months, many new details have surfaced about the meeting, including how senior members of Trump's campaign were present, including Paul Manafort and Jared Kushner, both of whom are also under investigation. It is also now known that this meeting was attended by a former Russia-connected agent, as well as a Russia-connected financier who has been investigated regarding his involvement with money laundering.
