On Wednesday, MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski aired footage in which President Donald Trump attacked one of the alleged victims of his Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh.
Trump said the accuser was “totally inebriated and all messed up” and accused Democrats of playing “a con game.”
After rolling the footage, Brzezinski recoiled.
“What he said about the accuser is simply disgusting,” she said.
Brzezinski then torched Trump and his Republican allies over their mishandling of every aspect of the accusations, including referring to the highly qualified female sex crimes prosecutor being brought in to question Dr. Christine Blasey Ford as “an assistant.”
“There are so many inflicted wounds on the part of the Republicans,” she said. “Some of them are small fails but, my God, get it right!”
