Chauncey DeVega (page 3)

Chauncey DeVega is a senior politics writer for Salon where he focuses broadly on questions related to democracy, power, social inequality and American politics. His work has been referenced or quoted by The New York Times, The Washington Post, the BBC, NPR, MSNBC, USA Today, The Atlantic, The Christian Science Monitor, the Associated Press, The Nation, The New Republic and other leading outlets and journals of record. He is considered one of the leading experts on the Age of Trump and America’s democracy crisis and has been widely cited in numerous books, journal articles and scholarly publications.

He walks several miles a day, knows all of the dogs and few of the people in his neighborhood, enjoys helping lost city bus drivers get back on their routes, and is a lifelong smart “mark” who was a finalist for a front office job with the (then) World Wrestling Federation. The other person had twenty years more experience in the business and got the job. That is fair.

Chauncey DeVega’s essays can also be found at Chaunceydevega.com. He hosts two weekly podcasts, The Chauncey DeVega Show and The Truth Report. Chauncey can be followed on Twitter and Facebook.
