Frank Dukes

Frank Dukes, Ph.D., is on the design team for the University of Virginia’s Memorial to Enslaved Laborers and served as a member of Charlottesville’s Blue Ribbon Commission on Race, Memorials and Public Spaces that studied and made recommendations concerning the Robert E. Lee and “Stonewall” Jackson statues.
