Lady Gaga is not squeamish about bodily fluids. After all, her perfume line is going to smell like blood and semen and will definitely be bought by 13-year-old girls the world over, much to their parents' chagrin.

So the fact that the pop star is sending a cease and desist letter to the London Icecreamists for selling frozen treats called "Baby Gaga" probably has more to do with trademark infringement and less to do with the fact that the ice cream is made out of human breast milk. At the very least, she should be getting some royalties out of this! But Gaga's lawyer Matt O'Connor claims that what the singer is really concerned about is hepatitis being attached to her name:

"The references you are making to Lady Gaga are thus clearly deliberate and intended to take advantage of her reputation and good will. Associating the Lady Gaga mark with a food product which may be unsafe for human consumption (owing to the risk of it carrying such viruses as hepatitis) is also highly detrimental."

Which is just ridiculous: If Lady Gaga didn't want her name to be associated with venereal diseases, she should have never made that video for "Bad Romance." Plus, I'm pretty sure I know of a certain friend of a friend who got syphilis just from watching the uncensored version of "Telephone."
