On the one-hour season finale of Caroline in the City (8 p.m., NBC), Caroline prepares to marry Richard. Like anybody cares. The new animated sitcom (do they make any other kind anymore?) Home Movies (8:30 p.m., UPN) stars Paula Poundstone as the voice of Paula Small, a single mother with a couple of adopted kids -- which is what Poundstone is in real life. It's produced by Loren Bouchard, who does "Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist." On The King of Queens (8:30 p.m., CBS), Doug and Carrie have designs on their neighbors' time-share. Rosie O'Donnell guests as Georgia and Billy's therapist on Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox). Ray panics when Debra goes back to work on Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS). Investigative Reports (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, A&E) examines the 1992 Los Angeles riots and their lasting impact on race relations in the community.
