Series

Frasier (9 p.m., NBC) reruns the one where he's upstaged by a Dr. Laura-type radio shrink (guest Christine Baranski). Investigative Reports (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, A&E) reruns an installment about Sen. Edward Kennedy's fateful car trip with a young intern on Massachusetts' Chappaquiddick Island. The incident occurred 30 years ago this month. On a rerun of ER (10 p.m., NBC), Greene shows signs of post-traumatic stress disorder and the wiggy Dr. Amanda Lee (Mare Winningham) makes her first appearance. Vanished (10 p.m., ABC) piggybacks on Sebastian Junger's nonfiction bestseller "The Perfect Storm" for this chronicle of the ill-fated 1991 voyage of the New England fishing boat the Andrea Gail. Junger and relatives of the fishermen who lost their lives in the storm are interviewed. The Three Stooges take on the Three Tenors on Celebrity Deathmatch (10 p.m., MTV). Wanna bet Moe, Larry and Curly shoot grapes in Placido, Luciano and Jose's mouths when they go for the high notes?
