Snoop Dogg provides the voice of a rapper who sees Calvin and Juicy as his protigis on The PJs (9:30 p.m., Fox). P.O.V. (10 p.m., check local times, PBS) presents "Stranger With a Camera," Elizabeth Barret's documentary about the 1967 murder of a filmmaker who was killed while documenting poverty among coal miners and their families in eastern Kentucky. Danny begins to unravel while he and Andy investigate a child's skeleton found in a wall of a construction site on a rerun of NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC).
