Frasier and Niles get down and dirty at an auto repair class on Frasier (9 p.m., NBC). While Angel is away communing with a swami, Wesley impersonates his boss and scores with a babealicious client on a rerun of Angel (9 p.m., WB). Amy has to decide a custody case involving an HIV-positive mother on Judging Amy (10 p.m., CBS). Frontline (10 p.m., PBS, check local times) reports on four California criminal cases involving children being tried as adults. Diane and Danny investigate a rape at a hotel on NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC).
