Grizzled shock-rocker Alice Cooper -- fresh from the AT&T Pro-Am at Pebble Beach, honest -- puts on his makeup and S/M drag for a guest spot on That '70s Show (8 p.m., Fox). Former British POWs recall efforts to break out of the Nazi prison at Colditz Castle on Nova (8 p.m., PBS, check local times) -- maybe the cast of The Mole (8 p.m., ABC) should watch and learn. Frasier and Niles try to revive the career of a washed-up Shakespearean actor (guest Derek Jacobi) on Frasier (9 p.m., NBC). Dharma is attracted to a hunky college professor (guest Kevin Sorbo) on Dharma and Greg (9 p.m., ABC). Frontline (10 p.m., PBS, check local times) presents "Saving Elián," a look back at the passions inflamed by the Elián González affair.
