Sheep eyeballs are on the menu for the contestants of Fear Factor (8 p.m., NBC). Boxer Oscar de la Hoya is profiled on a new Biography (8 p.m., A&E). On a rerun of Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS), Frank starts painting Ray and Debra's house without their permission. Angel (9 p.m., WB) reruns the one where our tormented vamp has a dij` vu inside an abandoned hotel.

Specials

There's scenery chewing all around as Anthony Hopkins, Alec Baldwin and a giant grizzly bear face off in the David Mamet-written 1997 thriller The Edge (9 p.m., ABC), about a jealous husband and a boyfriend stranded in the Alaska wilderness together. The King of Queens goes back to his stand-up roots in the new special Kevin James: Sweat the Small Stuff (10 p.m., Comedy Central).
