In a Gallup poll, Bush is ahead of Kerry 51 percent to 46 percent. Gallup shows voters most concerned about the economy and Iraq support Kerry, and voters who cite terrorism as their top concern prefer Bush.

Ruy Teixeira analyzes the latest polls and says Kerry is still ahead where it counts, the battleground states.

Bush and Kerry are tied in Pennsylvania.
